Nestled in the shadow of Snow King Mountain, the Fairgrounds are the perfect setting. Here are some highlights of the Fair:
Friday July 19 thru Saturday July 27
The County Fair is the time of year where the Jackson Hole youth who are involved in 4-H get to display their skills and showcase their hard work. The schedule has the complete list of events such as the goat show, dog show, horse showmanship, fashion review and much more. Plan to spend a day at the Fair.
Wednesday July 24, 7:00pm
Whiskey Myers, who will be headlining the 2019 Fair Kickoff Concert, just played a sold-out show in Portland. They’re coming to Jackson on July 24 for a free concert. This concert is held on an area of the Fairgrounds called the Grassy Arena. It’s a perfect setting for a summer night concert as the sun goes down.
Thursday July 25, 6:00pm
Picture either a team of kids or adults trying to wrestle a pig in under one minute and place it butt-first in a barrel...while in a giant mud pit! It sounds like great entertainment, right? Get your tickets now and don’t miss this wildly popular event.
Friday July 26, 7:00pm
You’ve watched NBC’s American Ninja Warriors on TV, and now you can get seats close to the action and see actual competitors from the show conquer a course right here in Jackson. There will also be local Jackson Hole competitors trying their skills on the course so root for your favorite Ninja on Friday night!
Saturday July 27, 7:00pm
Come to the JH Rodeo on Saturday night as cowboys and cowgirls showcase our western heritage. This is two hours of the best in bronc riding, fast-paced barrel racing, and heart-stopping bull riding plus so much more. You don’t want to miss the action so get your tickets now.
Sunday July 28, 7:00pm
You can expect excitement while cars are racing around a figure 8 dirt course! Drivers are trying not to crash at the intersection in the center and hope to make it out in one piece! Of course, you can plan on seeing the inevitable crash. This car race sells out every year, so don’t wait to get your tickets.
Take a spin on a ride at the Carnival, eat a funnel cake, and enjoy 10 full days of events. Have fun at the Teton County Fair!
