New Jackson Hole restaurant Palate serves lunch at the National Museum of Wildlife Art overlooking the Elk Refuge. It's the perfect spot for a mid-museum break, or just to soak in the view! 

Palate offers a children's menu and serves beer and wine as well. The patio is open for outdoor dining seasonally.
