Nestled in a residential neighborhood in Wilson, Second Street Chalet, gives you both quiet and convenience. Located on a corner lot, with a large backyard and in the town of Wilson,  this property type is hard to find!  You are just a quick drive or nice walk to downtown Wilson, a 10 minute drive to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and 10 minutes to the town of Jackson. Across the street you will find access to an extensive bike path that runs all the way to Teton Village and the town of Jackson. In the winter, this path is groomed for Nordic Skiing. Wilson boasts a variety of shops and restaurants. You also can access the bus stop for transit to both Teton Village and Jackson which are a convenient ride away.     

Upon entering the home you will find a beautifully appointed open floor plan, greeted by bright, friendly colors, and modern touches with a nod to clean Scandinavian design. A cozy living room and dining room are separated by a modern gas fireplace.  Both spaces adjoin a custom kitchen, with attention to detail any chef would covet.  Additionally, downstairs hosts a separate family room with a comfy wrap-around sofa and large flat screen TV-perfect for a family movie night or watching the big game.  This home recently underwent a renovation and features tasteful furnishings and high end appliances with a Scandinavian style.  The high vaulted ceiling and large windows provide plenty of natural light in the living room space.  The living room has ample seating and provides the perfect spot to catch up from the day's events or entertainment. A gas burning fireplace is tucked into the corner of the room providing warmth and ambiance for both the living and dining room.  The dining room has seating for six, with an additional four spots at the bar in the kitchen. Off the dining room is a small deck accessed by french doors and there is an adjacent mudroom with direct access to the heated two car garage. There is a second set of French doors that leads to a small porch and the large, fenced back yard. The kitchen features granite countertops, dual ovens, and two dishwashers, perfect for those chefs who also have to do the dishes. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to serve a gourmet meal. Between the kitchen and media room is a second small mudroom with a stackable washer dryer and additional access to the backyard -offering a barbeque grill and seating to enjoy the beautiful Jackson summers. The media room features a large "L" shaped sectional and large flat screen TV. Off the media room is a small bedroom, with a queen size bed. 

Located off the living room, guests will find a luxurious half bathroom, as well as the stairs to the second story. At the top of the stairs, the right side of the home features two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings and windows on two walls. This bathroom has a double vanity sink and shower/tub combo. On the left side of the landing is the gracious master suite, with built-in closets, and views of the Grand. This features high, vaulted ceilings, a small sitting area, and king size bed. The ensuite bathroom features a dual vanity and large walk in shower. We think the bathrooms are one of the highlights of the house as tasteful granite and tile choices as well as high end touches give these spaces a modern and elegant feel.

Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.

Rentals of more than 30 nights or more will need approval and will require a lease agreement and security deposit.
