Since 1975, the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club's Pole Pedal Paddle has served as the harbinger of spring and a way for Jackson Hole locals and visitors to enjoy the wonders of our valley via a multi-sport race. Costumed participants race from the slopes of JHMR to the Snake River Canyon as part of a team or individually. The five legs include an alpine ski/snowboard race, a running leg, a cross-country ski leg, a cycling leg, and a river paddle. The event culminates at Astoria Hot Springs Park for the annual post-event celebration open to the community. Details at https://jhskiclub.org/polepedalpaddle
