The Cody House features three exclusive condominiums managed by Rendezvous Mountain Rentals, each expertly designed to provide a luxurious mountain retreat. With only four residences in the building, staying at Cody House is a rare privilege, offering unparalleled access to Jackson Hole's world-class amenities and terrain.

From the moment you step into Cody House C, you'll be captivated by its stunning two-story windows framing the vibrant slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The living room, bathed in natural light, boasts plush, overstuffed furniture arranged for lively conversation, relaxing game nights, or simply soaking in the mountain views. A queen sleeper sofa provides extra accommodations, while the deck invites summer evenings of grilling and dining al fresco.

The home is adorned with fine art, luxurious textiles, and thoughtful touches that elevate your stay. A grand circular staircase leads to a cozy loft, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for families or groups.

The open-concept dining and kitchen area is a chef’s dream. The dining table, with seating for eight beneath a sparkling chandelier, invites shared meals and laughter. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances, ensuring every culinary need is met. The main floor master suite is a serene retreat. A king-sized bed, luxurious bedding, and tasteful décor create the perfect space to unwind. Upstairs, the loft offers a second bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, and a private bath—ideal for guests or children.

Please Note:  Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round resort facility. Please expect operational noise at any given time in a 24 hour period from grooming equipment, avalanche bombing control and any additional infrastructure operations. The resort ski school and childcare facilities reside on the ground floor of the Cody building.

In the winter, enjoy seamless access to some of the finest skiing terrain in North America. Teton Village is also home to a vibrant après-ski scene, with numerous dining options and live music at the world-famous Mangy Moose Saloon. Whether you're looking to relax or adventure, this well-appointed condo provides the perfect base to experience all that northwestern Wyoming has to offer.  

During the warmer months, explore the nearby Grand Teton National Park or take advantage of the summer activities at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, including hiking, downhill mountain biking, and paragliding.

Winter Amenities & Access

  • 4WD vehicles are highly recommended in the winter
  • Parking: 1 parking space is available in the private, underground parking garage. Additional parking is not available in the Teton Village public lots at the base, except for daytime use, and fees may apply
  • In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base.  In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply

Important Policies

  • Pets: Pets are not permitted at any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rentals.
  • Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and completion of required paperwork.
  • Note that Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, and property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals office for further information if traveling with a service animal or ESA.
  • Long-Term Rentals: For stays exceeding 30 nights, a lease agreement and security deposit are required and is subject to homeowner approval 
  • No Promotions or Discounts are applicable for this property during the Summer Months

My sons and I had 5 days at Cody C. It was convenient to the mountain for hiking and mountain biking. I loved the spacious condo which had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again.

Location, location, location. On hill, just steps to the Bridger gondola and located directly above a kids mini slope. Amazing spot for a family or friends who want to ride hard all day before retiring to a sick spot in Teton Village. Cody House C was a great place to stay over Labor Day weekend. We really enjoyed the property. It was nicely furnished and loved the spiral staircase going to the upstairs loft area. Very convenient location and the garage parking was the best

This was a wonderful condo with only one exception. The Cody House has a daycare center and the children play outside right below the condo. They can be very noisy. However, if you’re gone in the afternoons, this isn’t an issue. The decor is tasteful and we had everything we needed and more. Indoor parking was a plus! We would stay there again.

My boyfriend and I decided to come to Jackson to see Wildflowers and go whitewater rafting.  This property was amazing in terms of location and convenience.  We usually stay in a hotel, but decided to try a vacation rental.  We will be returning to this property next year, as the ability to cook in the gourmet kitchen and enjoy the additional space (for the same cost) sold us on Cody House and RMR.  Thank you!

The Cody House is ski utopia! Staying here felt like the center of the universe for skiing. The location is super centralized and located right the gondola. Then you can sit on the deck in the evening and watch the sunset while your still basically on the ski hill. It's fantastic. The interior of the property was terrific too. Very spacious and lots of good bedding options for a "1 bedroom plus loft" especially because there was so much more privacy than we expected.
