Bedding for 5: 1: King Master, 2: Queen. Loft: Twin Day Bed
Summer 2024 Additions: Ensuite Primary Bathroom and Central Air Conditioning. 

Parking is available for 1 car.  No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted.  Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.

This recently renovated Cinquefoil two-level townhome is equipped with contemporary decor and cozy living spaces. The open floor plan features an updated kitchen, dining space with breakfast bar. There is a spacious living room with fireplace and two decks. These decks both offer amazing views of the Teton Range and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort providing the perfect backdrop for a morning cup of coffee or for our many spectacular sunsets. A powder room and laundry closet are also located on this level. This property has one parking space and private ski/storage locker available for guest use.

 Head up to the second level for all the sleeping arrangements. There is a king master bedroom with newly added en-suite bathroom. Adjacent is the queen bedroom with a  remodeled full bath just outside for all to share. Outside the bedrooms, at the top of the stairs, you'll find a large loft space with a twin day bed that sleeps one.

**This property now has Central Air Conditioning. 

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

It is rare that a rental is actually better than the pictures and description suggest, but this unit definitely does! The townhouse was immaculate, featured updated kitchen/bath/appliances and offered many amenities that you often don't have- ample paper goods and bath towels, basic cooking spices/oils, even a laundry basket and a humidifier! The view from the unit is fantastic and it was convenient to both the Tetons and Jackson. It was very quiet in our unit, and we enjoyed being able to walk to a small market and a lovely bakery/coffee shop. Check in instructions were clear and we had no trouble accessing someone when needed. We have had many rentals over the years and this was one of the best!

Outstanding property!!! Pretty much as advertised. Great location. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The living room was awesome with the sectional sofa and the wood burning fireplace-super cozy in the evening when lounging. The bed and bedding was great-got good night sleeps in the house. Had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again when we are in Jackson Hole.

Beautiful and clean recently renovated place, perfect location in the mountains. Could see the tetons from our bedroom window every morning. Indoor-outdoor connections through windows and views, cozy with a fireplace. Perfect spot!

The property is perfectly situated in Wilson, with easy access to JHMR and to both towns of Wilson and Jackson for meals/supplies. The space itself is warm, inviting, modern, and spacious. We loved our stay at the condo! Everything was clean and comfortable - even the twin bed in the loft area was super soft and comfy (I expected it to be a cot-like bed & mattress). The place was well stocked and provided great access to parking and ski storage. I look forward to booking another stay next year!
