Bedding for 6: 1: Queen Bed, 2: Queen Bed. Loft: Twin Bed Sofa Sleeper and Twin Bed 

Parking is available for two cars.  No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted.  Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.

No detail has been spared in this fully renovated 2 bedroom condo with a loft. It features modern, clean decor with elegant finishing touches throughout. There is a queen bedroom with a full bath and laundry located on the main level. Upstairs you'll find another queen bedroom and full bath, as well as an enclosed loft with a twin bed sofa sleeper and a single twin bed for an additional 2 people. The main living area features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar that seats 4. The living room and dining area offer comfortable seating in a light and airy setting. There's a lovely deck with great mountain views to enjoy in the summer. Moose and other Wyoming wildlife are often spotted from this area in the Aspen. The condo entry is on the second level of the building w/ two floors inside, accessed by stairs.

The condos in the Berry Patch, located in the rear of the Aspens development are often requested by past visitors because of their beautiful views and privacy. The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

First of all, RMR provides excellent communication via text and email - prior to the visit and during - and they are very responsive to any requests or questions.This property was clean and well appointed and the pictures are accurate. The kitchen had everything you could need, the upstairs had 2 floor fans to help keep you cool, and there was a humidifier that was much appreciated. They also included laundry pods if you need them.We really liked the welcoming touches upon our late arrival - the lights and tv were on and they provided a bag of ground coffee, a few snacks, a hand written welcome note, and a reusable grocery bag (which is very helpful since the town of Jackson doesn't allow plastic bags.)The beds were comfy and the deck had great views - mountains and even some wildlife!

Unit is in a terrific location! Saw lots of wildlife including moose and calf. Perfect for trailheads in Tetons and valley area. Unit is very clean. Couple rugs curl up and need to watch tripping and pans have loose handles etc, we like to cook tho so if not cooking then not a big deal. Would recommend!

The condo worked out great for us. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home at our place. Well stocked and had everything we needed!! We saw moose and even some younger ones bedded down in the back. We have been coming to the Aspens since some of the Berry Patch was being built and it was called a Racquet Club.In recent years, owners have been updating their units but we have enjoyed all of the condos we have rented. As part of our family goes to the JH Mountain resort and others cross country ski and snow shoe, it's in a good location for everyone. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is always responsive to our needs and we like returning every year.

Our stay at Bearberry couldn't have been better. The unit was spotless, the furniture comfortable, the kitchen superbly appointed, and the bonus view from the balcony made it truly special. The evening we arrived, we were welcomed by a bald eagle off the deck, a mother deer and her fawn, and a bugling elk in the back pasture. Nearly every night we heard or saw wildlife in the neighborhood. We didn't use the loft, so we can only attest to the comfort of the queen bed on the main level - very nice. The washer/dryer work well. The computer screen in the unit was a great way for us to access information about our stay, house management and fun things to do in the area. We will recommend and stay again...10/10.

Located between Jackson, Wilson and Teton Mt in a quiet neighborhood- it is an ideal place for bike, bus or drive to either of the above.The unit was Very Comfortable and CLEAN- newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms- A sofa that was actually Comfortable- lots of DVD's games and books if you want to just chill.WE were Very Pleased with this unit.

Everything is exactly as description and photos promised. This unit is upstairs so little noise from neighbors and at the back of the community so feels quite private and secluded. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for easy breakfast and dinner. My teenage boys were happy that the loft meant they could essentially have separate rooms. It is conveniently located between the town of Jackson and the Teton Village at the JH ski resort. We had a great week of hiking, rafting, biking, and fishing. The space is perfect for a family with older kids or two couples.

This property is everything advertised and more Great location with easy access to all that Wilson/Jackson hole has to offer. The condo is totally prepared for any guest, families that want to cook in with a totally equipped kitchen to those who want to enjoy the many great restaurants in the Aspen area. I stay at a lot of rental property every year and have visited this particular complex in the past. Unit itself was just what I expected with upsides being things like sharp knives, pans that were not warped beyond use, extra cleanliness and a stock of things like detergents, spices, etc. On top of this, the directions and structure of communications from Rendezvous Rentals was great and much better than what I get from the large, online rental property sites. Convenient location in between Jackson and Teton Village. Condo was clean and well appointed. Everything was good although the TV was very small and outdated. Given how cheap TVs are, an upgrade would be welcome.

Generally enjoyed staying in this condo. Would have appreciated 2 working hairdryers. One was burned out. Some of the plugs did not have power. Kitchen was well appointed. Two extra dining chairs would be a good addition.

Our visit to Wilson was exceptional. The accommodations are modern, clean and comfortable. The location was great, only 5 miles from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort & a quick trip by car to the town of Jackson. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare, serve full course meals. We highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to the Tetons and surrounding area! We will definitely be returning, possibly as soon as this summer. The host is prompt friendly and responds quickly.
