Spring is officially here and the days are getting longer. Spending the day in downtown Jackson is the perfect way to enjoy the sunshine!
Take a picture under the arches
Framed by four iconic elk antler arches, Jackson Town Square is the heart of town. The sidewalks are clear of snow, but the grass of summer is still covered in white and the beautiful tall pines are the perfect backdrop for a picture.
Shopping
For an ‘old west’ feel, stroll along the storefronts on the surrounding streets of Town Square; Broadway Center, Deloney, and Cache.
Grab your morning coffee and then peruse Lee’s Tees on the corner of Broadway Ave and Cache St.
Continue east down Broadway and choose your authentic cowboy hat, boots and western jewelry at Beaver Creek Hats & Leather.
Locally owned and operated Wyoming Outfitters is just around the corner on Center St. This boutique offers unique active, western and casual wear.
Astoria Fine Art and Mountain Trails Gallery can be found on Deloney Ave with beautiful artwork and sculptures to take home and enjoy.
Good food and western atmosphere are waiting along Cache St with Local Restaurant and Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. Try one location for lunch and other one for dinner.
There is more great shopping and restaurants in any direction from the Square, so explore the entire downtown area!
The Jackson Hole & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center
Before you leave town, travel just 8 minutes north from Town Square on Cache St to the Jackson Hole & Greater Yellowstone Visitors Center and plan your next visit or extended stay. The Center has beautiful animal displays, extensive information about the area, Wyoming hunting and fishing licenses and so much more.
Enjoy your day in Jackson and come back soon!
