2020 has been an amazing winter for snowpack around Jackson Hole! Currently, snow totals are 407 inches, and January saw the highest recorded snowfall ever.
The powder just keeps coming in February, which means Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is constantly buzzing with snow-lover activities. Here are our favorite things to do at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort!
The Mountain
The total ski area covers 2,500 acres. That’s a lot of ground to cover and to help you make the most of your days on the slopes, check out the Mountain Sports School. Even if you are an experienced skier or snowboarder, their staff can give you a guided tour to different areas of the mountain, take you to the backcountry, or set you up with private race lessons.
Dine on the Mountain
No need to come all the way to the bottom of the runs just to grab lunch. Piste Mountain Bistro is at the top of the Bridger Gondola and offers great food and great views! After a great morning on the slopes, relax and enjoy a leisurely lunch. But make sure to make a reservation at least a day in advance. This place is popular!
Enjoy The View
You don’t have to be a skier or snowboarder to be able to enjoy the amazing views from the top of the mountain. You can buy a ticket to take the 100-passenger aerial tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain to enjoy the view over the Jackson Hole valley and the surrounding Teton mountain peaks. While you’re up there, enjoy Corbet’s Cabin and their famous waffles.
Teton Village
There’s more waiting for you at the bottom of the mountain in Teton Village. For a fun place to hang out, visit the Mangy Moose. Come for the great food and eclectic decor. For late-night, check out the live music. The rest of the Village is filled with espresso stands, restaurants, après-ski bars, live music, gift shop, storage lockers, ski and snowboard shops, and more.
Plan to spend several days at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort!
